Girls Soccer

UIL 6A Playoffs: Bi-District Round

(D13-1) The Woodlands vs (D14-4) Spring
Thursday, 5:30 PM at Woodforest Stadium
The Highlanders finished the district season with a perfect 10-0 record to win their fifth-straight title. Averaging four goals a game, the Highlanders will attempt to light up the scoreboard again for their 14th-straight win.

(D13-2) College Park vs (D14-3) Aldine
Friday, 7 PM at Woodforest Stadium
The Cavaliers are back in the playoffs for the first time in four years after an 8-2 district record. In 2008, the Cavs reached the third round. This year’s team will look to better that performance with their high-scoring attack.

(D13-3) Grand Oaks vs (D14-2) Aldine Davis
Thursday, 6 PM at Grand Oaks HS
The Grizzlies clinched their first playoff appearance in year one at the 6A level. Captain Reese Rupe has been a large part of the team’s success, scoring 31 goals and 12 assists this season.

(D13-4) Oak Ridge vs (D14-1) MacArthur
Friday, 7 PM at Thorne Stadium
After clinching a playoff spot in a dramatic penalty shootout, the War Eagles have dropped their last two games to end the regular season. They’ll have to bounce back against a Generals team that has won back-to-back district titles.

Boys Soccer

UIL 6A Playoffs: Bi-District Round

(D13-1) The Woodlands vs (D14-4) Nimitz
Thursday, 7:30 PM at Woodforest Stadium
The Highlanders ran through the district with a 10-0 record and a +36 goal differential. A win on Thursday will make it 17 wins in a row, and start what many expect to be a deep playoff run.

(D13-2) Conroe vs (D14-3) Eisenhower
Friday, 7:30 PM at Moorhead Stadium
A 7-3 district record locked up the two seed in the district. Fresh off of a 4-0 win in the season finale, the Tigers will look to keep finding the back of the net against an Eagles team that has conceded five goals in the last two games.

(D13-3) Oak Ridge vs (D14-2) Aldine
Details TBD
A 3-1 win over Grand Oaks clinched the first playoff appearance since 2017 for the War Eagles. This will be the first playoff appearance under coach Victor Olivares.

(D13-4) College Park vs (D14-1) MacArthur
Details TBD
Only two points separated College Park and Grand Oaks for the last playoff spot. The Cavaliers will try to recreate the magical run that led them to the state semifinals in 2019.
