Township Chair Brad Bailey announces run for Steve Toth seat
THE WOODLANDS, TX – Brad Bailey, currently serving his second term as a board member of The Woodlands Township and his first term as Chairman, recently announced his run for District 15 of the Texas House of Representatives, a seat currently held by Steve Toth, who himself recently announced a challenge against Congressional District 2’s incumbent Dan Crenshaw.
According to a statement released on his official campaign social media site, Bailey said:
I’m proud to officially announce my campaign for the Texas House of Representatives!
As a Christian, a father, and a business leader, I know firsthand the challenges facing Texas families, from rising crime and sky-high taxes to liberal overreach threatening our values. That’s why I’m running for the Texas House: to stand up for our conservative principles, secure our border, lower taxes, protect our families, and defend the freedoms that make Texas the greatest state in the nation.
I’ve fought for real results right here at home: delivering property tax relief, strengthening public safety, and protecting taxpayers on The Woodlands Township Board. Now, I’m ready to take that fight to Austin.
I’m running to serve Montgomery County families with the conservative leadership you can trust and I’d be honored to have your support.
Additionally, filing for three open seats on the Township Board – none of them Bailey’s – starts tomorrow.
