13-6A Postseason: Baseball and Softball Playoff Update for the Conroe Tigers

CONROE, TX -- The journey continues for the Conroe Tigers, as their baseball and softball teams prepare to travel to Kyle, Texas, to face the Midway Panthers in their respective series starting Thursday.

Fortune has brought the Conroe programs together despite their different trajectories entering the postseason. A District Champion and historically dominant softball program will travel to the same destination as their scrappy, trailblazing baseball contemporaries.

Both teams hitting the same location is due in large part to the Midway Panthers being the opponents for the Tiger squads. 

With the Tiger Baseball team in the Regional Semifinals and the Softball team working in the Regional Finals, the tension will be high for both squads as they aim to make further history on their already groundbreaking playoff runs.

The decided format for both series will be a best-of-three series where the first to two wins will claim the right to advance.

Conroe Softball:

Game One: Thursday - 6:00 P.M.

Game Two: Friday - 6:00 P.M.

*Game Three: Saturday - 1:00 P.M.

Conroe Baseball:

Game One: Thursday - 7:00 P.M.

Game Two: Friday - 7:00 P.M.

*Game Three: Saturday - 1:00 P.M.

Kyle and the hosting school of Lehman High School will expect large crowds of supportive fans and families ready to represent the gold and black in both sports.
