Love and running are in the air! The Crush Rush 5K returns on Saturday, February 14, 2026, beginning at 5 p.m. along The Woodlands Waterway. Hosted by The Woodlands Township Parks and Recreation Department, this USA Track and Field (USATF) sanctioned, chip-timed race takes runners through the full length of the Waterway for a scenic, energetic, and competitive experience. The event is open to runners of all skill levels and recommended for ages 10 and up. Participants are encouraged to show their spirit by wearing their best Valentine’s Day–themed attire.
There will be no formal awards ceremony, but awards will be distributed onsite. A dedicated photo area will also be available for post-race pictures.
Registration is $35 and includes a finisher medal and participant packet. Please note: A race shirt is not included but can be added for $15 while supplies last. Shirt orders must be placed by January 19, 2026. If inventory remains, shirts will also be sold at Packet Pickup for $20. There is no Race Day Registration.
Important: Strollers are not allowed on the course per USATF sanctioning requirements.
