Willis 51, Grand Oaks Boys 48

The Grizzlies start the District 20-5A campaign with a close loss. Chamberlain Newman was Grand Oaks’ leading scorer with 22 points.

Willis 41, Grand Oaks Girls 33

The Grizzlies suffered their second-straight district loss after starting with a win over Porter. Grand Oaks falls to 4-7 overall. Next Game: @ Kingwood Park - 12/13

Mayde Creek 57, College Park Boys 56

Ty Buckmon (15) and Drew Calderon (13) led the Cavaliers in scoring. Next Game: @ Klein Collins - 12/13

College Park Girls 41, The Woodlands 38

The Cavs took down their rivals in overtime thanks to a big 14-point performance from Becky Van Roekel. College Park moves to 3-8 on the year and 1-1 in District 15-6A. Next Game: vs Klein Collins - 12/13
