    Baja Cantina & Fiesta, located at 24 Waterway Ave Suite 160 in The Woodlands, has officially closed its doors. The locally loved spot, known for its vibrant atmosphere and Tex-Mex favorites, has served its final guests and will not be reopening.

    The space won’t sit vacant for long. Houston favorite Lankford’s is set to take over the location, bringing its iconic comfort food and long-standing reputation to The Woodlands Waterway. The new restaurant is expected to open in early 2026, offering residents and visitors a fresh dining option in one of the area’s most popular destinations.

    As Baja Cantina bows out, excitement is already building for Lankford’s arrival—marking the start of a new chapter for the high-profile Waterway address.
