The The Woodlands Area Chamber of Commerce is inviting the community to come together for a morning dedicated to healthier living at its annual Health Wellness and Fitness Expo.
Set for Saturday, May 2, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., the free event will take place at Town Green Park, located at 2099 Lake Robbins Drive in The Woodlands. Designed as a vibrant, family-friendly gathering, the expo will showcase a wide variety of local health, wellness, and fitness businesses, offering residents an opportunity to discover new resources, services, and products that support overall well-being.
This year’s presenting underwriter is Happy Health & Wellness Medical Clinic, reinforcing the event’s focus on whole-body health. From fitness demonstrations and wellness education to interactive booths and community connections, the expo aims to inspire attendees of all ages to take proactive steps toward healthier lifestyles.
