Memorial Day in The Woodlands at Town Green Park on May 24, 2026
5 to 9 p.m.
Join us in honoring our heroes at the annual Memorial Day in the Woodlands tribute. The free event pays tribute to all military service men and women who lost their lives while serving the United States, and also honors all veterans who serve as a symbol for those who paid the ultimate sacrifice of life to protect our freedom. The festival features live music, children's activities, strolling entertainment and more at Town Green Park. The evening concludes with a dazzling fireworks display* choreographed to a patriotic soundtrack. Concessions will be available for purchase. Please be advisted the event beverage booth will be cashless. Guests may pay with but will need to have exact change.

*Presented by the Association of the United States Army (AUSA) Houston, this meaningful ceremony honors individuals entering the United States military. Attendees will witness the official swear-in, marking the beginning of a life committed to service and sacrifice for our nation and communities.

Free parking, generously donated by Timberloch, Inc., will be available at the orange, yellow, blue and white lots at 2002 Timberloch Place. Other designated parking areas include:
Parking lot located at 9669 Grogan's Mill Road
24 Waterway Parking Garage (located at the corner of Fountain Plaza and Lake Robbins Drive)
Waterway Square Parking Garage (between Fountain Plaza and Woodloch Court)
Surface parking lot along the corner of Waterway Avenue and Timberloch Place
Please note: Event parking is strictly prohibited in Market Street. Towing will be enforced.
Coolers, picnic baskets, blankets and lawn chairs are permitted. Glass is prohibited.
